Event Spaces for Special Occasions
We know the wedding planning process can be a stressful one. On top of planning your “Best Day Ever” you also have to plan where to have your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or even a farewell brunch.
We have a few of our favorite places for you to consider!
Beulah
A family owned gem in Sarasota, Beulah has a charming atmosphere, perfect for a night with friends and family. The casual fine dining menu items range from a poached pear salad to a Branzino, and even a pizza menu!
Depending on the size of your gathering, The Francis offers a banquet room with a divider, or a private room for a more intimate event. Their creative and innovative cuisine has something for all taste buds. Being centrally located in downtown Sarasota is a bonus!
The sister restaurant to The Francis, Libby’s has options for a different mood. Their L-Bar room has the speakeasy vibe and would be fitting for a more casual night. Or you can dine in a sectioned off part of the restaurant as well.
With a farm to table menu that leaves your mouth salivating, Boca simple industrial elegance is a welcoming start to your wedding weekend. There is a 2nd level that can be reserved to accommodate your rehearsal dinner! Best part is (after picking out your menu), you can show up – eat – and leave!
Club517 – also known as Pineapple Yoga Studio
This chic event space is the perfect setting for an intimate rehearsal dinner (or wedding). From the high wooden ceilings to the romantic fireplace – this space is a blank canvas that can be left as is or dressed up to fit your theme. There is also a gated terrace available.
They supply a list of preferred vendors to use as all event essentials would need to be rented.
A beautiful garden cafe- full of gorgeous flowers and sophisticated décor. You will want to take a moment to yourself to walk around and soak in all the details at every corner. Their menu reflects the atmosphere, with tea sandwiches, soups, and quiche. Upon special request a light dinner menu is also available.
The Classic Car Museum
One of Sarasotas Must Sees! Your guests can enjoy cars from the 1920 to some present day beauties! A fun way to start the weekend! You can choose between the open courtyard or the theatre for use with some inclusions but a caterer would be needed.
