During the COVID-19 pandemic there is a large pause in the event industry for this Spring Season. There are many people that help make Swanky Soiree successful. These people are behind the scenes or on the front-lines and we want to shine our light on them!
Swanky Soiree’s New Home
First let’s start with with how much this past year has grown in the Swanky world. We grew from two storage units, a personal garage, and home office to an established building. Our new home is an office front space with a warehouse unit close to downtown Sarasota. There are several hands that helped create an environment that is cozy for our clients, and organized for our team! We are still always making updates and adding to our inventory, the photos below were of the process making it home. You will just have to swing by and see the new look :)
Swanky Sweat Club
Warehouse days are important before and after our events, we give a lot of time, sweat, and attention to our inventory. Our decor items receive extra love by cleaning, spray painting, organizing, condensing and of course storing proper fragile items when needed. We are thankful when social events let us be creative and mix some of our in house items with brand new items! With newer pieces we always try to set things up prior to event day. You never know if there is a piece missing or it takes longer time to set up than we thought!

Swanky Staff
During busy weekends our Swanky Team is responsible for packing up our cars and getting a move on with the precious cargo. It’s a shocker at how much can be fit into a vehicle once you’ve mastered the art of tetris. We adhere to the upmost importance of being there for set up, present for entirety of event, and take-down for most of our events.
Styled Shoots and Networking Events are sorely missed these days! Working with fellow vendors to capture the latest trends, and styles is beneficial to our look. Pow-wowing and networking with our fellow vendors is beneficial to our reputations and mental stability! It’s nice to pause on work, and have fun with the people you see every weekend working events beside you!
Can’t wait to kick off our Fall 2020 Season with a big hit! We’re very fortunate to have the connections, and help we have to create amazing memories for couples and corporations alike!
